Nathaniel's Pembrokeshire Coast Bike Ride 2013

Massive thanks and congratulations to Chis May, Matt Wilkes, Steve Watts, Steve Murphy, Mike Kelly and William Armitage who recently completed a 53 mile bike ride in support of the Trust. See the full album of photos here.

Nathaniels Pembrokeshire Coast Bike Ride took the team along the beautiful but very hilly Pembrokeshire coast line in Wales, and helped them to raise awareness of myotubular myopathy, in memory of Nathaniel.

Chris, a longstanding supporter of the Trust, told us after the event, “Well, what a weekend! The six of us completed the 53 miles in 5hrs 23mins overall, with 4hrs 20mins actual riding time.

We all made it and finished in a group and four of us wore the t shirts all the way around despite the warmth. The scenery was stunning and we were blessed with the weather. We are now starting to plan a myotubular Northampton to Norfolk (130mile) ride for September next year!"

We cannot thank Chris, Matt, Steve, Mike and Steve enough for their support and great fundraising. An extra special thanks to Chris for all that he continues to do for our charity – it is greatly appreciated. And we love the Nathaniel's bike ride 2013 logo that Chris designed too, which cleverly incorporates part of our charity logo!.
