Georgina's First Trade Show

For your opportunity to buy a beautiful piece of artwork from this artist, early in her career, please visit her website http://www.georginafowler.co.uk

We are delighted to announce that Georgina Fowler, who has a recessive form of myotubular myopathy, has achieved a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree at Hereford College of Arts and is now looking forward to exhibiting and hopefully selling her pieces as an accomplished artist to the trade at her first ever London Trade Show, Top Drawer.

Top Drawer, a well known and reputable annual trade show brings together an inspirational showcase of over 700 carefully selected British and International suppliers in the Grand Hall at London's Olympia and Georgina is really delighted to have been selected to be a part of it.

In November 2009, and while still a student, Georgina very kindly donated three of her distinctive vessels to the Myotubular Trust for an auction at The House of Commons where they raised £500!

Regarding her latest work, Georgina says "I am inspired by fairy tales, imagination and the surreal. Through drawing I electronically manipulate images to create a surface pattern that influences the imagination. With the use of bright colours this then explores a dream like existence. The patterns are then applied to ceramic vessels that have also been manipulated to have a subtle twisted shape."

Georgina's work is for sale and she has kindly offered to donate 15% of any sales made through the Myotubular Trust, back to the charity. To buy her gorgeous artwork, please visit Georgina's new website.

We would like to wish Georgina the best of luck with her first trade fair and promising future career.
