On Sunday 21 st March, Marek Pruszewicz is taking part in the Reading Half Marathon in support of the Myotubular Trust.

This will be Marek’s tenth appearance in this event, and he first ran the Reading Half Marathon 20 years' ago. Before now, Marek has run in support of another very worth cause close to his heart and we are very grateful to him for choosing to run for the Trust instead this year.

Marek is running in memory of his friend’s son, Tom, and he told us, ‘knowing I'm going to be raising money for the Trust is a very, very powerful incentive. It definitely helps get you out the door for a training run!’
